Down duvets, pillows and fine cotton linens on luxury new pocket sprung mattresses combine to provide the best possible comfort. Refreshing fluffy white towels and quality toiletries in the new contemporary bathrooms will welcome you. Additional comforts include extra bedding, hairdryers and a range of complimentary beverages and treats.

Up-to-the-minute modern technology is available in all the rooms - flat panel digital TVs, Freeview and wired broadband access.

A generous continental breakfast includes fresh fruit salad, cereals, organic muesli, toast, bread, local honey & jams, fresh baked croissants, English muffins, crumpets, fresh juices, tea & coffee.

A full English cooked breakfast with local organic produce is also available and special diets are catered for.

For your well-being and safety we are a non-smoking house.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to cancel your reservation we will offer you a choice. Firstly, we will offer to re-schedule your reservation to a future suitable date.
Alternatively we will offer you a proportionate partial refund which is based on the fact that from the time of your reservation up until your cancellation the room is closed off to other potential guests. You will be refunded for the period from your cancellation up until what would have been your check-in date. For example - a reservation made on April 1 for check-in on April 30 is cancelled on April 20. The reservation is for a check-in 30 days in advance and cancelation is after 20 days, at which point the room can be re-opened. You will be charged for 2/3 the full price, and refunded for 1/3 which is proportional to the time the room was closed off during your reservation.
We advise guests to take out travel insurance and ensure they are covered for cancellation.

ACCESS

We have 2 ground floor single rooms with en suite shower which are suitable for people with limited mobility. A full Access Statement is available on request.
